Fam(ily)

I would do anything for my family.

There’s sacred love found inside

each one of our minds. Time spent

together is cemented in forever.

Sacrifices I’ve made have become

memories made. It is a give and take.

I recognize the love early before

it’s too late. People come and go.

So, you must let them know that

you love them to the moon and back.

Everything I do is for my family:

the ones I am proud to be around.

Blood is thicker than water. The sun

seems to be getting hotter. My life

has given me incredible foresight.

I know why people work so hard:

to provide for the ones they love.

In the end, we lose ourselves to find

solace in everyone else. Family is

forever as long as we are together.
