A Monumental Milestone

8 whole years with WordPress. I still remember publishing my very first poem on here. I took a creative writing class about 9 years ago in college. I wrote a few poems that I ended up uploading onto this site. Looking back on those poems, I can tell how much I have grown and polished my craft. I have never forgotten where and how it all started. Before that, I experimented with poetry in high school, but did not pursue it the way I do now. Now, 8 years later, I have published over 20 chapbooks, five short stories, and more than 500 poems. I have created and produced bookmarks, stickers, and t-shirts related to my brand, InYourDreamsPoetry. My writing has been viewed by people from 75 + different countries. I am extremely proud of my consistency and ever growing love for writing. I want to personally thank all of you for joining me on this journey. Your support and time you take to read my writing means the world to me. Here is to many more years of writing, exploring, and reflecting on a life that is more perplexing than not.
