Take a chance. Dive head first

into the deep end. It might be

scary to take the leap, but it can’t

be scarier than living on the edge.

You might not get a second chance.

To stay in one spot is to watch

a replay of the previous day.

The days pass by. Moons will

fall and Suns will rise. We grow

old. We try to buy some time;

we take a few minutes here

and there, but in the end,

the time we borrow will be

spent tomorrow. Do it now.

Walk into the darkness and see

what is on the other side. Give

it your best shot. You may get

a second chance, but I wouldn’t

bank on it. If the shoe fits,

wear it. If it doesn’t, try on

another pair. If you try and fail,

at least there’s a story to tell.

Wise words here – I remember the book I enjoyed reading many years ago: “Feel the fear AND do it anyway” by Susan Jeffers
